FOR ROAD VETS Magic Arm in situ
The whole process from set up and examination
through to cleaning is extremely efficient whether
you're grading a larynx, removing a chondroid or
performing a laser surgery.
Traditionally, biopsy channels have been positioned at
5 o'clock on the distal tip of scopes. The unique
positioning of the biopsy channel at 6 o'clock - on the
MEDView DV3 - has simplified clinical application for
the practitioner. Instruments then protrude uniformly
Biopsy channel 6 o'clock
whether working in the left or right nostril.
The Magic Arm allows full versatility to position the
iHUB (viewing screen) on either a stable door or bar.
The unique Smart Clamp holder (on the carry case)
with locking mechanism allows the clinician to safely
store and clean the airway scope between procedures.
Single-button image capture/recording is driven
directly from the control body, giving you WhatsApp sharing
instantaneous diagnostics.
Real-time imagery can be compared to previous
examinations using the MEDVos software on the
iHUB. These images and videos can be sent through to
a phone or tablet. You can also send via bluetooth,
email or WhatsApp.
Customer Feedback
"We needed equipment that works in a busy hospital as well as
transitions seamlessly to the ambulatory setting. The trolley and large
screen are professional, quick and easy to use. The picture quality is
great and the screen size makes it very useful for teaching students.
Linking up images to our practice management system ensures quick
access to data for vets on the road at reassessments. Battery operated
with a screen, that can be set up on a stable door, makes ambulatory
work efficient and simple, and clients love having a clear view. The
wheeled cases are light and portable, look professional and are compact
when fitting into an already full vet's car."
